Frequently Asked Questions

  • Simply advise us of your flight arrival details and we arrange for a Millbrook shuttle to meet you on arrival and transport you to Millbrook.

    We will also book the return journey for you, and advise you at least 24 hours prior to departure.

  • These airport transfers are included in your package costs.

Subject to availability, we are happy to extend your stay at Millbrook, and will be happy to provide you with a quote for extra room nights before and/or after your tour.

Payment may be made via credit card (small charges apply) or by online bank transfer, once an invoice is issued by us. Please note that your booking is not secure until full payment is made.

As long as we are advised at least 14 days prior to commencement of your tour, we are happy to move your trip to an alternative date, subject to availability; should costs for the alternative date vary from what you have paid we will either refund any difference, or if there is any increase, you will be asked to pay any difference.

Cancellations made after 14 days prior to commencement are non-refundable and non-transferable.

We will offer you the choice of a full refund or a move to an alternative date.

Group sizes will vary, but it is not envisaged that group sizes exceed 20 in number

Yes – we are happy to help plan any activity for your non-golfing partners, including spa treatments at Millbrook, trips into both Arrowtown and Queenstown, or to a local winery, etc. Let us know what you’d like to do, and we will help book these for you.

There will be a competition over all 3 rounds for best cumulative stableford score. In addition there will be a daily competition for best stableford score on that day

Yes, we can structure your groups as best suits you.
